West Cascades Fiddle Camp & Workshop Added Bend Fiddler Roland White To Instructors Faculty List

(1888PressRelease) The Fiddle Camp event has nearly completed the list of Instructors by adding Central Oregon Fiddle teacher and performer Roland White to the Faculty”, Reports Dolphin Graphics, Bend, Oregon.

This fiddle camp is currently being structured by a committee from District 6 of the Oregon Old-Time Fiddlers. District 6 comprises Linn, Lane and Benton Counties in Oregon. The committee is meeting frequently and the schedule of classes available is nearly complete. There will be a total of 8 full time instructors for the camp that will include Fiddle, Bass and Guitar workshops for all levels of players.

Roland is the current Oregon State Senior Old Time Fiddle Champion. He attended the 58th National Oldtime Fiddlers Contest this past year in Weiser Idaho where he won Top Male Entertainer in the Certified Contest and placed 10th in the National, Senior Division.

He hosts a web site, Fiddleplay An Entertainment Web Page For Central Oregon Providing Wedding Music, Live Fiddle Music, Fiddle Lessons, Fiddle Links and Resources for Fiddle Contests, Fiddle Camps, Music Festivals and Folk Music Events.
